Shut-In Meal Ministry

Once a month, First Baptist Church Gordonsville, delivers meals throughout the community to individuals who are homebound, dealing with health issues, welcoming a new baby or just going through a difficult time. We select a menu that is healthy and delicious. We depend on our church members to assist in cooking and providing these meals. We meet at church to assemble the meals and then head out into our community, and we visit with these sweet souls! We pray with them and encourage them. This is a wonderful way to meet new people in our church community and get plugged in, without a huge commitment.
